I am an accredited Sports massage and Deep Tissue massage practitioner based in Brighton. My approach to massage focuses on structural balance in the whole body, using myo-fascial and connective tissue massage and trigger point therapy to deeply release muscular tension, prevent injuries and promote recovery and rehabilitation. mindful yoga
I teach small, community yoga classes in Brighton with a focus on breath and mindfulness. My Restorative classes are therapeutic and accessible to all – regardless of experience, ability or mobility. I believe yoga provides a therapeutic community to recover from tension, stress and restore balance. My approach to yoga is grounded in a knowledge of anatomy, gained from my massage practice and advanced yoga training with alignment specialist Jason Crandell.
I’m a registered 500 hour Senior Yoga Teacher accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Yoga for Children’s Mental Health
I have been teaching yoga to children and young people with special needs for over 10 years. I teach in schools and colleges, providing yoga and mindfulness tools to support learning and wellbeing. for young people of all ages. I also provide in-school training for teachers and support staff to support yoga provision in schools .

My Mindful Flow and Restorative classes focus on deep relaxation through breath and movement. I have been teaching for fifteen years and I provide accessible, therapeutic classes that promote well-being through mind-body connection and are tailored to individual needs.

Emma provides full day or half day in house yoga training for schools to support primary, secondary and SEN teachers in providing yoga for PE, mindfulness and yoga interventions for children with special needs.
Emma is a 500 hour Yoga Teacher, fully accredited by Yoga Alliance.
SEN Children
I use yoga as a therapeutic tool to support children with special needs – working in mainstream and special needs schools. I’ve helped people with a range of additional cognitive and physical needs, including Autism and Downs Syndrome. My yoga therapy sessions are tailored to individuals and focus on breath, fine- and motor co-ordination, as well as body and spatial awareness.

Emma is a qualified Sports, Deep Tissue and Thai massage practitioner based in Brighton, East Sussex. Her massage technique supports deep relaxation, healing, injury prevention and mental wellbeing.

I am an accredited Sports, Deep Tissue and Thai Yoga massage practitioner and member of the Federation of Holistic Massage Therapists.
My Approach
I am passionate about diversity and accessibility and recognise the unique set of strengths and challenges of each person I work with. My goal is to help people reach optimum health regardless of their abilities or disabilities.
My practice is a Trans safe space and I welcome people from all backgrounds to access therapeutic yoga and massage.
I have been working with the neuro-diverse community for 15 years – providing therapeutic interventions for children and young people on the autistic spectrum and am committed to providing better physical and mental health outcomes for people with SEND through yoga and massage.
